Registration will take place on Volleyball Life and teams will be accepted on a space available basis. Divisions will be capped as space is limited for ALL divisions.

Grass and Sand Registration Policies

  • Cancellation Fees:
    • $10 at any point after you register
    • $25 before Monday at noon, 4 weeks prior to the event (Monday, August 10th, 2026)
    • $50 before Monday at noon, 2 weeks prior to the event (Monday August 24th, 2026)
    • No refund after Monday at noon, week of the event (Monday, August 31st, 2026).
  • LATE FEE per Team: An extra $20 per team starts Monday, August 31st at noon, space permitting.

Sand AA Registration

Registrations will be accepted on a first come first served basis. We can take a total of 10 teams per division (Men's and Women's). This tournament is designed for AA players, which means if you have a top 5 Open finish in any major tournament (Beach Bash, Vail, Steamboat, Putterhead, or Oasis Classic), you will not be able to participate.
