Registrations are accepted online until Friday August 31st 12pm (Space Permitted) then will be accepted only on site at the Fraser Valley Sports Complex.  Most updated entrant list is posted under RESULTS/ENTRIES.  Calling The Island for availability after Friday September 1st, 12pm may result in not getting registered.

Confirmation Emails are not sent out, all entrants are listed on the "Results/Entrants" tab.

Registration Deadlines:

All registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis, space is limited, don't wait!

Deadlines include:
 — Cancellation Fee $25 within 60 days of event, $25 within 30 days of event, & no refund within 15 days of event.
 — LATE FEE per Team: An extra $10 per team starts WEDNESDAY August 22nd @ 12pm, space permitting.
 — We only accept registrations online, or we can print off at our facilities to fill out in person.  No over the phone or "hold" me a spot registrations are accepted.
 — Bad Credit Card or Bounced Check Fee Per Team: $25 and possible cancellation from the tournament.

Fraser Valley Doubles Open division is currently scheduled to start for 2018, we are working with the city to build 4-6 sand courts.  Once we establish an open division by building 4-6 sand courts we will have the following priority system.  Teams will be accepted based on either of their players Sand Open finishes from the previous 365 days in any of the following events: Beach Bash, Steamboat Doubles, Snowmass Doubles, Breckenridge Doubles, Oasis Classic or the CO Winter Beach Series final standings.  1st tier will be 3rd place or higher, 2nd tier will be 4th-9th finish, 3rd tier will be 10th-15th finish & 4thtier 1st come 1st serve.  We will reserve and keep open 2 Wild Card entries per gender for improved competition.  60 days prior to the event is the deadline for the priority system.  Any remaining opening spots will be filled on a 1st come 1st serve basis.  

Registration Confirmation:

To confirm your registration, please give us a little time to get your team in the system, then check on the Result/Entries tab and click on Entry List(Look for the date last updated).   Current entrant list will be updated periodically early on and as we get closer to the event on a daily basis.  Results will be posted within 1 week of the events completion.

Registration Information:

Fraser Valley Doubles registrations are available online (preferred) or they can be picked up in person at The Island in Denver or The Oasis in Broomfield.  Completed hard copy forms can be submitted via fax (303)-745-1937, Email (Preferred for hard copies This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), mailed or hand delivered to 2233 S. Geneva Street, Denver, CO 80247. ONLINE is the way to go as it takes 2 minutes to fill out via computer, tablet or phone.  

Fraser Valley Grass Doubles Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis.  Registrations that are not legible, incomplete, or are without payment will not be accepted.  Fraser Valley Doubles pools are comprised of five to six teams on two, or 2-3 nets; divisions are filled in multiples of five or six and capped at multiples of six or per Tournament Director's discretion.
